Registration

Registration deadline is October 30, 2009.
Deadline for completed submissions is November 20, 2009.

To register to submit a project, please provide the required information below. You will receive an e-mail from the USITT office within seven business days confirming your registration and providing instructions on how to login to the submission screen and submit your portfolio. If you would like to submit for more than one award you will be required to provide an additional registration and entry fee. All fields on this form must be filled in to register. You will have until November 20, 2009 to complete your submission. You will not be allowed to make any changes after the deadline.
